I admitted I was overdue to capture my desires, goals, and dreams for the next stage of my life and ensure they are vivid and visible everyday as I achieve them.
The most successful process for me is a combination of visualization and journaling exercises, mind mapping, affirmations, imagery, and strategic planning.

Hello, and welcome back to our corner of the Universe...
Speaker:and today's weather forecast is cloudy with a chance of insight.
Speaker:Yes!
Speaker:This morning, on my ritual sunrise walk, which starts out so that I leave
Speaker:home well before the sun is scheduled to rise and I can get to a certain
Speaker:point on the lake and witness the sun rising in all its glory and majesty.
Speaker:It was so foggy, no one was witnessing the sun.
Speaker:The world felt fluffy.
Speaker:I was walking in cotton balls for a while and it was quieter than usual, as the
Speaker:fog was muffling the sounds around me.
Speaker:With nothing to look at, I was alone in my head with my thoughts.
Speaker:As I'm doing my morning walk, I'm meditating in my head.
Speaker:I'm repeating an affirmation.
Speaker:In fact, I did an episode not too long ago about that, where I shared
Speaker:my whole process for starting your day with a walking meditation, and
Speaker:I shared my Abundance Affirmation.

Speaker:When I'm not meditating or just enjoying the scenery, I'm listening to
Speaker:an audio book or a podcast like this.
Speaker:This morning, I was just alone in my head, amused with the fact
Speaker:that the conditions outside were mirroring the conditions in my head...
Speaker:Foggy.
Speaker:It reminded me of being lost.
Speaker:When they say lost in your thoughts they weren't kidding.
Speaker:The expression, " If you don't know where you're going, you won't get there!"...
Speaker:Also came up for me.
Speaker:And that's when the light came on in my brain.
Speaker:What I needed was some clarity, a clear vision...
Speaker:To remove all this fogginess and indecisiveness, and sit down and
Speaker:create a new Visual Encore Plan...
Speaker:a new vision board...
Speaker:for this next part of my life.
Speaker:A lot of change has happened in my life in the last year, which I've
Speaker:been sharing with you, and it stands to reason that has changed me.
Speaker:I've been evolving and I have been, I hope, growing in positive ways.
Speaker:I feel different now and I am different than the ME a
Speaker:year or five or 10 years ago.
Speaker:And more importantly, I have a strong desire to be a different me in the future.
Speaker:I want to be a better me.
Speaker:I want to continue to grow and evolve in positive ways, so
Speaker:that I can help more people...
Speaker:and that I can Lift as I Climb along my journey, and have a greater
Speaker:impact and live my legacy now.
Speaker:Live my legacy while I am alive to impact it, and influence it, and enjoy it.
Speaker:That's why I also shared a podcast episode about Live Your Eulogy...
Speaker:Because it's all part of that...
Speaker:Don't wait until you're dead, for somebody to try and figure out
Speaker:something nice to say about you or how you've left your mark on the world.
Speaker:Live it now.
Speaker:All of that was a reminder to me that I need to create a brand new vision and to
Speaker:go through my own process, the Visual Encore Plan, create a new vision board...
Speaker:Check back in on my values...
Speaker:Cause they can change, as we change and grow.
Speaker:What are my motivations?
Speaker:What's my purpose?
Speaker:What's the why that will keep me going...
Speaker:Even when times are a little foggy.
Speaker:Be very strategic with...
Speaker:Okay...
Speaker:If that's the vision that I have, that I'm aspiring to...
Speaker:Then how am I going to get there?
Speaker:How do I become the person that I need to be to fulfill that vision?
Speaker:I've been doing vision boards and versions of vision boards and visualization
Speaker:techniques for more than 50 years.
Speaker:I started as that single teen mom, with catalogs and magazines, when I didn't
Speaker:have money to buy any of those things.
Speaker:I was still marking those pages and cutting them out and dreaming of the day
Speaker:that I would be making enough money to buy those things for my little family.
Speaker:I continued to read about, and observe, other people that were
Speaker:using vision boards and the visualization process successfully.
Speaker:People like Oprah, like Matthew McConaughey; people that have
Speaker:accomplished a great deal in their life and continue to...
Speaker:Did so, because they purposely had a path and a vision that they were pursuing.
Speaker:Over time, I also recognized that there was a synergy between
Speaker:visualization, vision board creation, and in business strategic planning.
Speaker:I didn't leave to chance where my company was going in the next year, and we
Speaker:spent a lot of time putting together a carefully thought out plan for how we
Speaker:were going to grow, who we were going to become, what were the resources that we
Speaker:needed, and we followed that strategic plan along the way so we could go...
Speaker:Check, check, check.
Speaker:It was a great day for me when I realized that if you married
Speaker:the two processes together...
Speaker:personal visualization and visioning, with strategic planning...
Speaker:That I learned in business...
Speaker:I could create a Visual Encore Plan for my own life and for how
Speaker:I wanted it to turn out and where I was going and who I would be.
Speaker:That's the process that I created, and I used for myself...
Speaker:Used with my staff, used with clients and friends...
Speaker:And then the pandemic happened and like a lot of people, I realized that you
Speaker:could have a greater reach and a greater impact by making good things accessible
Speaker:to many people by putting that content online and offering it up to people
Speaker:whenever they needed it, wherever they were, whatever time zone they were in...
Speaker:I created the online version of the Visual Encore Plan.
Speaker:That's what I'm going to sit down and use again for myself because I know it works!
Speaker:I know it works, I have the proof many times over of when I created
Speaker:that translation of my subconscious desires with the goals I had for
Speaker:having an impact in my life...
Speaker:Magic happened...
Speaker:Magic happened, again and again.
Speaker:I would love to share this with you...
Speaker:If you are at a juncture in your life where you're not sure where

Speaker:There's something much more meant for me...
Speaker:I believe I have a purpose, and I have the passion to do it...
